Great customer service! I got passports done here and they were super helpful. they also helped me rectify an issue with my postman taking things to the wrong post office and haven't had any issues since.

The lady behind the counter today was the rudest most arrogant woman I've ever encountered. The reason I use the parcel lockers is so I don't have to deal with the awful staff in this store. If auspost knew what was good for their image they would sack this woman immediately. Conveniently she wasn't wearing a name badge, no doubt because of all the complaints she would get if she did. Get your stuff delivered to New farm or elsewhere, these guys are disgusting.

I wish there was a 0 star review. Worst customer service. I deal with post offices daily and never have I experienced such rude employees. They make it SO difficult to drop off items that are already paid for & don't fit in the post box. Or International Items, saying their post office don't make money on them so why should they accept them? Um because you're Australia Post, regardless of if you are independently owned, as a customer I should be able to drop off an Australian Post Express item to ANY Australia Post store.

Under equipped to deal with demand. I was "lucky" enough to have my PO Box transferred here from another centre that was shut down. I have learnt to go a quiet times after having to regularly wait 30mins just to collect a parcel. As there are only 3 counters, I never go at peak times, the line goes out the door! A least some of the staff are really nice.

I got a new sim here, staff were very attentive but just lacked a small bit of extra detail I was looking for.

Not to mention when you order something from online to a shopfront delivery address which is open daily and always manned, the postman decides not to even to attempt to deliver, but drop straight to the post office. There is a reason I get deliveries to work, because I can't make it into the post office ... or purely because I just don't want to deal with Fortitude Valley's horrible, rude staff members.

Learn some customer service skills and manners. Last time I go there, I would rather my items get left at my front door with the possibility of being stolen then go back into that horrible little post office.
