  Have been visiting this store for over a year. The staff are very professional and know their stuff. The dog bath is convenient and the store is always clean. Location is okay if you work close by and can walk down. Parking, like anywhere in the Valley is hit n miss.

  Called ahaead to ask about a fish pump for a small fish tank. Although it probably wasn't her intention the retail assistant left me feeling a little perplexed. At one stage in the conversation I was encouraged not to even bother coming in. I don't know how we ended up there, but it has compelled me to leave my first review on-line. Wish me luck guys, I've broken the seal.

  really friendly staff. you can also get good deals here that are cheaper then pet barn

  No live fish and minimal fish supply in comparison to what's shown on the website. Staff ignored us also and made us feel uncomfortable. Quite mad, considering we mucked around trying to find a park for half an hour and eventually parked 10 minutes walk away and paid for an got to only walk in and out with disappointment

  A huge selection of all the essentials you might need for your pet. It's open seven days a week and the staff are helpful. There's also a station where you can wash your pet for anyone who needs that.
