    Worst car park experience ever! Entered the car park only to find 1 space available which was 2 hours only & the boom gate to a lower level not working. Contacted Secure Parking & had a very frustrating conversation with a staff member that spoke limited English but who opened the boom gate to let me in. Then encountered difficulty exiting as I had apparently been let into the level for tenants only. Attempts to contact Secure Parking were fruitless. Two conversations with staff who couldn’t raise the boom gate & then the direct phone line to Secure Parking was consistently engaged. Poor customer service!
