  Please avoid them. Poor customer service. Manager wasn't apologetic for giving us a damaged lounge ( physical and water damage) . We bought an Australian made lounge to support local products. We were notified on the delivery day our lounge was damaged in transit and they will deliver it in damaged condition and they told us leather doctor will come to our place to fix it with some polish( even though it was a big damage) . PLEASE AVOID IF YOU CAN.

  We try to avoid going to Domayne but sometimes they have pretty nice, if overpriced products. However, every time we feel that the staff are either downright rude or simply miserable and disinterested in you as a customer. We always come away with a unpleasant feeling about the whole transaction. After the last experience we will definitely give others our business first!

  When we went to their store the manager wasn't sorry :(. She told us even though they have insurance she is not willing to go for it as they have to pay an excess.

  Furniture on their floor are nice, and the ladies at the shop were helpful. However, the bed we bought - supposed to be come in small pieces and needs to be assembled, was not small pieces and the delivery guy refused to brought it down to bedroom with some excuses. If we knew it is so bulky we wouldn't buy it. It's now sitting in the living room and we have to think about what to do. This delivery incident brought down our review from 5 star to 2.

  My wife and I bought our Sealy ensemble plus a beautiful outdoor setting here a few years ago before we moved to California.Nice store and very helpful service at the time.
