  As one of the people who had a truly awful experience here in 2016 under it's previous management, I am really pleased that Bed N Dreams in Fortitude Valley is now under new ownership and look forward to buying from there again, as they do have excellent products (in particular the Neo Lux mattress range).

  This place is a pathetic joke of a business. .bought mattress and the manager was so happy and quick to take my money.., within two weeks mattress started sinking (considering it was suppose to be a pillow top non partner disturbance. Huh bullshit) had a ten year warranty which took another month for them to even reply. Then service.man tells me to buy a better bed frame as thats the problem ( huh bullshit) than said to my partner to put mattresss on floor and we will see the difference (huh bullshit)..

  I wish there was a negative star ! we ordered our bed on May 15 and gave them ENOUGH time to deliver it to us on 15th August, on 15th i called to see what has happened to our order, the store owner told us she has the delivery date on 25th (in the middle of next week, both of us work and cant stay at home) and it is her mistake, we were nice enough to say that's fine, i would use my annual leave to stay home for her mistake.on the new delivery day she called and said your bed is not ready and we can deliver it to you next 12 wks!!!!!! do they really need half a year to build a bed! she said she cant do anything and we can cancel our order if we want, that's it, no apology, nothing! I'm not only an unhappy customer but also a really really angry one. worse customer service.
