    Found these guys good, staff aren't the most attentive but their furniture is good and they run sales fairly regularly.

    Very poor customer service. The manager from the warehouse in Brisbane refused to bring up an office chair valued at $1250 each for us to try for fit and comfort before we purchased them (two). We sit at our desks for up to 13 hours a day and cannot be expected to spend $2500 on chairs that are uncomfortable! They suggested we drive the 130km to the warehouse in order to try their chairs! What a joke. Lost our business and anyone else we know.

    Some of the worst customer service that you can get, never a follow up phone call. Lied and made up excuses the whole time about why our book shelf was 5 months, yes 5 months overdue. Absolutely not worth the fuss if you have to wait for the good to turn up.
