Asked a couple of questions, sales staff shurgged us off saying 'whatever' under his breath. At which point he turned to another customer and i left the store.

Just went to return my faulty B&O H5 to be told that they no longer provide after sale service for the Play range on the basis that some people were returning these products to them despite having bought them from other retailers. I tried to explain to the sale assistant that their policy should not apply to me given I had bought my H5 from their shop in Smith Street. Furthermore, when I bought the earphones, the lack of after sale services had not been made clear to me. I added that for the price these earphones cost ($380) I would expect some after sale service rather having to go through the B&O website and having to waste my time filling in forms and having to organise the collection of this faulty product. Instead the sale assistant's response was dismissive, telling me that the H5 were not expensive (well, you should read the reviews online to get some appreciation of the value of this product relative to the competition). I usually try to buy locally to support the small retailers against the big retailers. I from now on will go to JB Hi Fi where electrical goods are much cheaper, and the service is much better. Well done B&O Smith Street, with this type of behaviour, not only do you tarnish the B&O brand but you also erode the goodwill of the local customers who are prepared to pay a premium for better service and want you to remain open.

Not the kind of customer relations you want when youre about to spend a few thousand dollars for a speaker.

Have walked in a few times - no acknowledgement from sales staff - they look you up and down and then continue with what they were doing. For a premium product (and as an owner of B&O) - you would expect better service. Would suggest people go over to David Jones - their new AV section complete with B&O products - with staff that genuinely care and are interested in selling.

I can't think of a better customer experience I've had, even for a relatively inexpensive purchase.

Seriously rude, im sorry, but whoever was working on the 29/07/17 1pm should be sacked.
