  I've always been a David Jones shopper however, the James Street store takes the experience to an entirely new level. Everyone is lovely and engaging, this is an amazing shopping experience. Just love it.

  I recently visited this store to buy a new shirt for my birthday. I was attended to by a man in menswear called Ziya and he was absolutely delightful to deal with. Ziya was patient with my indecisiveness and he helped me pick a shirt that is now my favourite. A perfect little store for picking up last minute gifts or a present for one's self. This standard of service is hard to come by and I will be back :)

  My wife had a bad experience here today when trying to return some damaged plates for replacement. She was told this location doesn't sell plates and although they could take care if it for her it would be better if she just did it herself by taking them to another David Jones. My wife explained that she had walked there with the plates and would prefer if they would just take care of them for her but she was again refused. I was surprised at the level of service given that this is meant to be a premium store.
