  I have been charged almost a hundred bucks for a 2mm chip on the glasscreen when Igive the car back after 3 weeks renting insurance included (more than 600$). They charged around 60 for the chip and around 30 for 1day off to go repair the car, even if I give the car back 3 hours before the due time... What a good customer service!

  These guys are great. We've rented from them several times because the location is great & their prices beat everyone else. Never had any issues with the bookings, vehicles or service...highly recommend.

  The ladies in the booking centre are extremely rude, short tempered and unhelpful. Made a booking over the phone, didn't send confirmation and when I called up they said they didn't have my booking but they took my credit card details over the phone. Had to cancel my credit card and get a new one as I was unsure if they would charge me a cancellation fee. Extremely unprofessional and they also consider charging a bond based on when you show up. She said if I'm "lucky" I won't get charged. That means they judge you on how you look and seem instead of having one rule for everyone.
