  Couldn't rate this place more highly. Tom went above and beyond and was selfless in his efforts to assist me. From the start it was very clear Tom's interest was not in selling me the most expensive bike, but the bike best suited to my needs and budget. He spent at least a few hours with us to ensure that the bike was fitted properly and even drove to another store and back in his van to retrieve a better fitting bike. Tom was very relaxed and extremely knowledgeable. Clearly an experienced and enthusiastic rider, his passion for the sport was inspiring. Not only did I walk away with an incredible bike that I'm looking for every excuse to ride, but the few hours spent with Tom and the lads at 99 Bikes was an enjoyable experience in itself. Thanks heaps guys.

  wish I could remember the names but the customer service was the best I have experienced in years. Only purchased a mirror. Two guys fitted it with difficulty on a very hot day. I felt like I had spent a million dollars.

  I recently purchased a new road bike from the Fortitude Valley store. Sam was super helpful in measuring me up for the correct sized bike. Once measured up he adjusted the bike for me so I was in the correct position for riding. Wanted to give it some further thought to the purchase since it was an expensive item and they had no issues with this decision, no pushing to make the sale, very professional and helpful in regards to the bike and accessories. I'll be back again for sure...

  Amazing service by the 99 bikes staff. Max is super friendly and helped me choose a bike that would fit my budget and my height.

  The staff at this store are very helpful and they did a fantastic job of servicing my bike. It now rides better than when it was brand new. Really friendly staff.
